What happens to my samples after they are processed? All hair and saliva samples are kept for 6 weeks just in case they need to run a scan again. After 6 weeks, all of the sample is incinerated. No genetic data is kept on file.

Is it okay if my hair is colored/dyed for the sample? Absolutely! Coloring the hair will not affect the scan results.

Does the hair need to be from the root? No, any part of the hair is fine to use.

What if I don’t have a large enough hair sample or any hair at all? If you don’t have a large enough hair for a sample, you can send both hair & nail clippings. If you do not have hair, please send nail clippings from all finger and toenails. The more we have is always better.

How long does it take to get my results? Once the lab has received your samples it takes around 7-10 days for us to get your report back, which you will receive via email.

How much does the typical remedy order cost per scan? The product costs are dependent upon each individual at the time. Each client will receive a customized regimen listed in their report based on system and organ stress, toxicity in the body, and imbalances. On average, most orders fall in between the price range of $150 to $250.

How does this process benefit me? This innovative scanning process will take the guesswork out of how to be a healthier you by tapping into your energetic blueprint and frequency. It will pinpoint areas of the body that are stressed, food & environmental sensitivities that may be contributing to stress & inflammation, resonating toxins that may be inhibiting the body from balancing out, as well as nutritional & hormonal imbalances that you may be unaware of. By utilizing this information, we are able to determine which remedies your body resonates well with. This could include a combination of herbal & homeopathic remedies as well as nutritional supplements specific for you, and designed to bring the body back into balance.

What if I only want to know what remedies and supplements my body needs? If you are not interested in doing the full scan, we offer a Regimen Scan that includes a list of remedies and supplements that balance well with you. This scan is also completed using hair samples. The Regimen Scan does NOT include a full report, only the list of remedies.

How many times should I get scanned? Is once enough? Everyone is different. Each scan can provide you with priceless information that may never require another scan again. Others use the initial scan as a baseline and each subsequent scan can show someone’s progress over time. We see that the most common scanning is for a client to do three back to back scans and then maintenance scans every 6 to 9 months.

What ages do you work with? We work with ALL ages. We have worked on infants and even clients over 100 years old. As long as you can get a sample, we can scan them. We can also scan pets!
